Pin Up Posters Courier Collective has been a worker-owned cooperative since 2011! We offer good pay, a flexible work schedule, a democratic work environment, consensus and facilitation training, and a rewarding co-ownership dynamic in which we have no bosses but learn how to be accountable to each other and make sure that everyone’s needs are met.

About the Job
COURIER POSITION:
This physically intensive job (with part-time hours) consists of
• biking year-round in the city of Pittsburgh
• hauling heavy loads by bike and by hand
• hanging flyers in businesses
• talking to lots of new people
• online administrative tasks
• regular group meetings
• participation in consensus-based decision-making.
MUST be available Wednesdays between 10:00 a.m. and 12 p.m., and MUST have availability for two out of four afternoons between Wednesday and Saturday.
Prior experience working collectively not required but is a major plus!
